Busch Sattelite continues to provide our household with outstanding service. Upon returning from our winter home, Paul came to our residence at 7:30 p.m. to solve a problem with our DISH receiver and ensure we had working TV service. He has always been prompt and dependable when the need arises.

If Customer Service is important to you, I highly recommend Paul Busch at Busch Satellite. Our Dish Network wasn’t working right this morning. It was so nice to call a local number and talk to a live person, without going through a bunch of computer prompts! Paul made some suggestions on the phone and planned to do an in home service call for us later today. We were able to correct the problem without him making a visit. He said if anything changed to give him a call back. He is available 24/7 as his office number rolls to his cell phone after hours. I don’t think we could find better Customer Service anywhere else.

I had to have 2 remotes replaced today. When I got home Paul gave me excellent instruction on how to program my two tv's with the new remotes. Paul has always made himself available for any problem I have had in the last 10 years. I would not have anyone else for my dish. LIKE'

I have been a Busch Satellite customer since 2017. The service has been exceptional. Yesterday we had a major snow storm. When my service was interrupted, I followed my normal procedures to regain service. This time they failed. I called Mr. Busch. He offered to help me over the phone. He spent over a half hour helping me find the issue, and corrected it. Anyone can sell a Dish system, but will they be there when needed. Busch Satellite does!

This company is all about customer satisfaction! The gentleman who came to install my dish made sure it was up and running and that I knew how to use it. If you want great service 24/7 give them a call! They will always answer!

Busch Satellite has amazing customer service. My local TV service is discontinuing service and I was debating on streaming or Dish. I chose Dish and could not be happier. Anytime I have had a concern (usually user error) he has called me back within 5 minutes, even on Sunday and after hours. I would recommend them to anyone looking for QUALITY customer service at any time of the day or night. Thanks Paul for your commitment to excellence.
