He saved our trip and we will always remember him. Even with a broken motorcycle we were still able to have a great trip. This place is highly recommended. “Great customer service in my last rental experience! Shortly after reserving online on Friday I got a call saying my car would not be available right when they opened on Monday morning. Instead of potentially disappointing and delaying me on Monday they set expectations early. Then when I arrived they quickly confirmed my ID and got me on my way without having to wait for the customer ahead of me who seemed to be taking a long time. Same thing when I returned. The second employee acknowledged I was returning a car and took my keys rather than having to wait for the customer ahead of me in line. Was really nice to have my time valued. Most car rental agents in big cities would never do that.Car was new, clean and in great shape too!”
