I dropped my car off on a Saturday morning, but they charge me until Monday morning even though my booking was for Saturday. They make it your cost and your fault because they're not open. Never go here unless you like being charged for extra days that's not part of your contract agreement

Very unreliable. Made a reservation and scheduled pick up for normal business hours. When I got there, there was a sign on the door that they had closed early and would be back tomorrow. So I had to scramble and get an Enterprise rental instead.
