“I had a great experience at Phoebe’s Dressing Room!! It’s an adorable, locally owned boutique with gram worthy clothes at great prices. Kid friendly too! The sales associate was sweet enough to talk to my 3 year old daughter as I browsed, and she showed her a little table with coloring books by the dressing rooms to keep her occupied while I tried on what I picked out.
