“I've always had a great experience at Shoe Shack. Staff are attentive and patient, because Lord knows that I am picky about my running shoes. Great discounts for employees with select local businesses and for students. It is often cheaper for me to shop here than order online, which is a rarity nowadays. All around, Shoe Shack has great vibe and great community.”

Not only does it have such a great selection for young children, but there are also so many fun and unique things for Mom and Dad too! It’s truly become one of my favorite places to visit when we’re in Galena.

“I was at your Dubuque, Iowa store today. I took my three grandkids in and purchased 8 pairs of shoes and four packages of socks. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The lady who helped us could not have been nicer. She was so knowledgeable. She took the extra time with our two younger boys, ages 7 and 8. She was so kind. She made sure their shoes fit properly and were happy. I asked the lady what her name was and if she had a survey I could complete. Told her how much I appreciated her. . She said as long as we are happy with our purchase's, that is what counts. Her name is Christina. We had an incredible experience! An experience that is very rare. Thank you!”
