“I was at your Dubuque, Iowa store today. I took my three grandkids in and purchased 8 pairs of shoes and four packages of socks. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The lady who helped us could not have been nicer. She was so knowledgeable. She took the extra time with our two younger boys, ages 7 and 8. She was so kind. She made sure their shoes fit properly and were happy. I asked the lady what her name was and if she had a survey I could complete. Told her how much I appreciated her. .
