Will was amazing and explained that they would come and check our mattress over, straighten out the pad, glue what needed to be glued- basically a “check up” for our mattress to get it back to the original state- free of charge- as we bought the mattress there. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and worked with our schedule! Highly recommended!”
