“If you need medical equipment this is the company you want. Kelly who contacted me and arranged scheduling of delivery, actually listened to me and asked me what I wanted. She was great. Erik the driver communicated with me and arrived exactly at the time he gave me. He set up my hospital bed and showed me how to use it. He even went above and beyond and gave me some tips. He's a rock star! Bottom line, everyone was kind and customer service oriented. Kindness is becoming hard to find. I appreciate you all and you should be proud! You restored my faith in customer service!”
