It is always fun to see the dogs walking around and the variety of animals in the store. Some locations also have cats for adoption from the local shelter. Services like the pet tag machine, which engraves a name and phone number, are helpful, and the store offers professional dog training, grooming, and boarding. The employees receive praise for their very friendly and helpful manner. Groomers are noted as being very good, with customers satisfied and stating the wait was worth it for a fantastic result, especially with difficult areas like ears, paws, and matted hair. While products are usually pretty expensive and prices are moderate to a little on the pricey side, they are from experience worth it for the quality and selection.
Love it as a Reptile, Cat and dog owner (I keep them all In separate rooms) but I love everything the worker's do but still please do you're research on these animals. Thank you

The store and staff were great, it was just... dirty feeling there. Bathrooms were a mess, a little disorganized. But still our favorite place to go for deals.

Went for grooming and the ladies back there are super friendly. They took great care of my dog and she came out looking great!
