“Project: 120 copies of an event program, 2 sided color, proprietary graphics, text. The design and copy needed redesign as the original was too pixelated (designed by me on Canva, not scaled correctly).Experience: Mr. Quix took on the project with little lead time, quick turn around, and a frantic Project Manager (me). He used his own expertise and experience to quickly fix problems that I didn't know existed, and find solutions for the project as a whole. He has excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and experience in design, typesetting, color, format, and of course printing.Results: Perfection. Mr. Quix Printing saved the day.If you're not highly skillful with design and typesetting, you might take your file to Jason like I did and pay a little bit extra for his redesign/formatting skills. This is a rare service in this industry, and it's so so valuable. Certainly, Staples can't do what Jason and his shop can do. So grateful. And the pricing is very reasonable!! “I wish I knew names but I don't. I dropped off an Amazon return last week and asked if Staples does 2 sided Christmas cards and your female employee said yes we do and we would love to print your Christmas cards. The same lady called the day after I placed my order and left me a voicemail that my "Beautiful" Christmas cards were ready for pick up. When I picked them up a male employee that checked me out was surprised at how many I ordered. I asked if I could use my coupon $20 off of $50 purchase and he enthusiastically said YES you can. This type of customer service is not common anymore but I have worked in customer service for over 25 years so I really appreciate it and trust me, I share this with everyone I know!! Keep up the great work :)”
