I went in for ink for my printer, found it and waited in line for awhile until the cashier asked for backup cashier. The extra cashier was very polite & friendly. It seemed to me they were very shorthanded.

When I go to return Amazon items there all ways get good customer service. If I have to return the item somewhere else there nice when they are telling you where you are suppose to go.
