This place does not accept cash. How can a major store not accept cash money to pay for items. To me that is a definite problem. Also T-Mobile has few ads in which customers are being offered phone upgrades. I used T-Mobile but I'm looking for another service provider.

I visited the Dubuque store and Kaitlyn's customer service skills were on point. She helped resolve all of the issues I had and even convinced me to buy a new device. I think she's the best asset to T-Mobile's sales team.
