We had a temporary change of address and also needed mail held. I found this challenging to get accomplished on line so I called the PO and asked how I should do this. Richard was very kind and did it all over the phone. This is much appreciated.

I had to mail a package back for an item I ordered and didn't need. Joann at the Dubuque post office downtown, was so friendly and helpful she does an excellent job and is so nice as well. Thank you Joann
