“I was just so impressed with this newfound diamond Amazon drop off site! Though for several years, we’ve been going to the UPS store off of Dodge Street in the Hy-Vee parking lot, I believe it was closed Sunday night and we were headed to Dubuque, which is about 35 miles from our home. Though we were going to Menards I wanted to stop and drop off a return so looking at other options on Amazon, I came up with this one and I’m telling you these guys were kind and positive and happy. “bro FedEx staff and fellow employees were very kind and friendly but the work so very hectic and fast paced, you gotta know how to communicate at this type of job, but personally they played very loud music which I wasn’t to fond of because made work 10x more stressful, when in reality they thought it would help us work faster, I think you should be able to hear a pin drop in any type of workplace, I listen to music when I’m home, if you really wanna listen to music wear headphones”

“I wish I knew names but I don't. I dropped off an Amazon return last week and asked if Staples does 2 sided Christmas cards and your female employee said yes we do and we would love to print your Christmas cards. The same lady called the day after I placed my order and left me a voicemail that my "Beautiful" Christmas cards were ready for pick up. When I picked them up a male employee that checked me out was surprised at how many I ordered. I asked if I could use my coupon $20 off of $50 purchase and he enthusiastically said YES you can. This type of customer service is not common anymore but I have worked in customer service for over 25 years so I really appreciate it and trust me, I share this with everyone I know!! Keep up the great work :)”
