“I have a 2004 Chrysler town and county and I didn't know what was wrong with it. My friend came over to help me and couldn't figure it out. I called benton auto and he told me that he couldn't get me in till next week. I was really upset and he asked if I could bring it now and I said yes. I got there and he looked at it with the scanner and within a half hour he knew what was wrong and had it fixed in a half hour. I am so appreciative for him. He was friendly and very helpful in letting me know everything he was doing. His worker was very friendly also. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Thank God for kind and understanding people.”
“What a wonderful owner and company. I had an issue with my vehicle a few weekends ago on a Saturday. They were closed but I was able to get ahold of the owner Kevin. He came in on his day off and helped us with a simple issue. After getting me going I offered to pay him and he wouldn’t take any money for it being such a small issue in his eyes. I have to say it helped me immensely and I would definitely recommend Fort Dodge Transmission for anyone needing help with their vehicle.”
