“I got in a rollover accident and Northland was the nearest rental place. I called and spoke to Tony at first and he was so kind and helped me with directions on getting them the information about the insurance policies to them. I got everything over but hadn’t had a claim number from the at fault party yet, and i called back and spoke with Felicia, she helped me out so much and even offered to help me start the claim with the insurance company so I could get into a car today. Very quick, smooth process. They were incredibly kind and precise. Thank you guys for your business! Outstanding service! And the car is so nice and clean. Drives smooth and all.
