“Employees friendly and helpful. I had hit a raccoon and did damage to front and some under hood damage. This was during the auto strike so parts were slow to come. I was able to drive my car in town. When I needed to go out of town M.E. gave me a loaner several times. They kept me informed of parts progress. When parts arrived they promptly did the repair. The work they did looks great, cannot tell there was a problem. I would highly recommend M.E 's Body Shop.”

“Some of these guys know what they are doing and some don't, but there prices can rarely be beat. Almost always cheaper than the other guys in town and often with a better warranty too. One time I went in because my key fob wasn't working and I thought the battery might be dead so they took a volt meter and said the battery had 3.1 volts so the key fob was probably junk. I kinda wanted to try a new battery anyhow but they actively talked me out of it. Not that they denied the sale, but really pushed that I'd be wasting my money. Rather than arguing I decided to go to Walmart to get a new battery and sure enough, my remote start has been working great ever since. Just goes to show that just because you have the voltage does not mean you have the amperage. Would think someone in an automotive parts store would know this. But like I said, because of the unbeatable prices, I will continue to go there after doing my own research at home to make sure I get what I need.”

“My experience with Roy's Auto was fantastic! He kept me informed during all of the work, showed me pictures of all of the problems that were found, and allowed me to approve all repairs before being done. There is even a very cute, four-legged lobby greeter, Sadie! For anyone near or in the Estherville area, I would highly recommend Roy's Auto! He even handed out a thank you cookie when I picked up the car!”

“I took in my dad's battery because it was dead and instead of pushing me to buy something new, the gentleman working pointed out that it was not even that old and I should take it to the place I bought it from to get a replacement. He could have ignored I over looked the date and sold me a battery. He didn't and I think for that he earns 5 stars!”
