1334 Flammang Dr, Waterloo IA 50702
“This rating is specifically for the Pharmacist who was working on 08/19/24 @ 6 pm. She was amazingly helpful and kind. After a week of struggling with another pharmacy in town; not getting the prescription that was necessary after surgery; and After being lied to, treated with disrespect, and told that I was responsible to do their job for them, I wasn't anticipating a better experience in dealing with the Walmart pharmacy, especially after reading some reviews. However, not only did they have the medication I needed in stock, I had it in my hand within an hour of the doctor calling the order in. The pharmacist also took a great deal of time to help me determine if some of the ingredients in the product were, in fact, ones that I have typically had an allergic reaction to in the past. I know how swamped pharmacists can get, and I really appreciated the time, attention, and kindness that she showed me. Well done! And Thank You!!!”

“Been here twice in our visit to Waterloo. Both times, the cashier was extremely pleasant. No wait for service at the photo counter, which isn't always the case. Kudos to the Walgreen's staff!”

“Shopped here last Sunday on the 15th to buy some groceries while visiting some relatives in the area. Store is nice and clean, and the service is great. The only issue I have with this store is the aisles being rather narrow for 1-2 people or carts at a time.”
