“Ross and Deb are the best of the Best! We discovered a dying refrigerator full of food at our lake home just before the 4th of July holiday. I reached out to Deb and she moved heaven and earth to make sure we had a new refrigerator delivered to our Twin Lakes cabin on the same day! Disaster averted! Big box stores never seem to achieve that level of service. The cost was less than I would have expected to pay. The 2 men that delivered our new refrigerator and hauled away the old one were great. We are Ross Appliance Center fans for life!”
