“Went in for family shoes. The staff was more than helpful. They always have been. Tonight my husband and I needed shoes and we had our toddler with. They were beyond patient with him hopping around while we tried on our shoes. They offered multiple styles we may like and were very friendly. I love that they can look up past purchases so I can get my husband's favorite work boots without needing him there to try them on. I wish they had baby/ toddler shoes but understand the restrictions. Very happy with our experience and will continue to be return customers.”

“Best quality everything and I've only seen customer service this good at one other place. The Buckle is great. The fort dodge store is small and doesn't carry a lot of the "flare", "bootcut" or "bellbottom" so if that's what your after if look online for sure.”
