“The fine folks at Ollenburg Motors are excellent to work with! I’ve had nothing but awesome experiences with them. One time mom accidentally locked my pickup and they came out to our farm and unlocked it for us at no charge. I had an issue with my tonneau cover and they got me the parts to fix it at no charge under warranty and helped me install it at no charge. I got several parts for a car rebuild and they were professional courteous and had excellent communication. My pickup recently had some codes and they got it in ahead of schedule and got it fixed within just over a week, and replaced a tire for me even though they don’t offer that service typically. They even were willing to explain what they could do for a code I’d cleared on the truck and that it wasn’t diagnosable.
I’ve had disappointing experiences with some Des Moines area GM and GMC dealers who overcharge for almost everything. One didn’t even diagnose or explain what what I ask them to do and “double” charged me when they were already getting paid by GM for recalls to desulfate a battery and didn’t even clean dirty terminals on the battery, and didn’t diagnose the issue with the code I gave them that I had cleared.
Next issue with this truck I have this is definitely the place to go to get good service. Thanks to Dan and his team for great service!!!”

But if you have a problem with the motor they just wait out the 30 days and tell you it's on your shoulders now. Not happy with the service after the buy.”
