I called Ken at Redling Repair and he had my car towed over and diagnosed the same day. He gave me a loaner car and had parts located and the car repaired the next day.Best of all, they are a bunch of really nice people who take pride in a job well done at a fair price.- - - -I just got a call from Ken making sure the car made it back to Oklahoma okay. Really great guy.”

“Recently had a car battery go dead during some extreme cold weather. Drove all around Ames and nobody had the right battery in stock. Finally was referred to Big O and they were able to order a battery from the supplier and have it delivered to the store within 30 minutes and installed it quickly once it arrived. Even though they were extremely busy (full waiting room and the phone never stopped ringing), they made the time to order and install the battery very quickly.”

“Driving from Minnesota to Missouri and our skid plate (didn't know what it was at the time) was hanging down low. Wasn't sure what to do with it. Drove an extra 30 miles with it hanging and making noises. Finally we pull up to the nearest services and they were closing in 15 minutes... A gentle man inside (sorry didn't look at his name) came out to look at the car and laid on the floor and pulled it right out. No questions asked just did it. So nice of him. We didn't know what we could of done that since we didn't know what it was. So happy that we were able to continue on our drive with his help. THANK YOU!!!”

“I thought I needed a new battery. James was helping and grabbed the battery I was going to buy. I told James what my car's symptoms were so before he installed the battery, he ran some tests. He tested my old battery and checked the charging system. The current battery tested fine and the charging circuit was working. Turns out the terminals needed to be cleaned up and tightened. After James did that, the car started like a champ. These guys are ruthlessly honest. James didn't even charge for the battery terminal cleaning and tightening. That's an honest person. I will definitely be back to Interstate when I do need a new battery. Thank you, James.”
