“I Had a great experience (09/28/23)with All pros from my first call to walking out the door with my vehicle repaired. Had new brakes and brake fluid replaced. I did not have the key to my wheels/lug nuts… I’m from out of state so they spent quite a bit of time just trying to locate a key locally with no luck. They were able to get me a new set of lug nuts and get my truck fixed before the end of the day. Very reasonable pricing. Patrick and Ryan were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this shop. “Got gas here last night and hoping to air up my wife’s tires after getting gas and the attendant(sorry you guys do have names I’m just not remembering them!)inside said sure our outdoor line is froze but you can pull around to the car wash and the other young man will air you up. I was like holy hell that’s awesome! He got me aired up and I even learned something about our vehicle! The first beep is 30lbs the second has you at 40! I’m still mesmerized!?. Austin made sure to keep us updated during the entire process and guaranteed I was happy with results. When I am at the dealership to get work done he stops by to say hello. Would recommend Austin for all your purchasing needs.Lawrence (service) and Terry (servicing manager) provided exceptional customer service. After purchasing our vehicle we had the battery go bad and a wire was faulty in the drivers seat causing the check safety restraint alarm to trigger. I was worried and upset because we had just purchased the vehicle. We had an upcoming vacation we were taking the vehicle on and the issues really worried me. They stood by the sale and provided the repairs at no cost to us. Any other dealership I have worked with would have told me tough luck, and it all would have had to come out of our pocket. I was so appreciative they stood by the sale and repaired the vehicle for our family. They have a lifelong customer. Although it wasn’t ideal having the issues, the fact they repaired them and stood by their sale earned my respect and loyalty.”
