“I went to another shop that told me my (2018) car was “just getting old” and didn’t really listen to what I was saying. Woody’s actually took the time to listen, checked everything out thoroughly, and fixed the issue. They got my problem fixed quickly and treated me with respect the whole way through. “My experience was very well we went through a couple of problems due to the fact that the last place I went to stripped my oil drain plug. Me having bmw made it difficult but with brake plus the whole staff was interactive and very helpful especially with narrowing down to get the part. They even drove 30 min away to get the drain plug directly from bmw to accomplish this task. This image is the damages the other place created but brakes plus solved ‼”

“Outstanding service! Needed a tow to an auto repair shop. While the wait was longer than I would have liked, once Tim arrived it was so fast and easy. His tow truck had accessories that could fully lift an all wheel drive suv, with out being a flatbed truck. Less than 15 minutes to hook up car, 10 minute drive to repair shop and 10 minutes off the truck. Quick and painless. My roadside assistance chose Tim’s Amoco for the service but I will use them again if I ever need towed again. A+”
“What a great experience shopping for a new car at Karl Chevrolet with Austen Winterbottom. We had our eye on a few different vehicles. Austen was very knowledgeable and explained very well the differences to us both. Communication was excellent and the process was seamless from start to finish. “The manager, DJ, helped me out today - he was very friendly and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Had him install a new car battery for me while I grabbed a drink at Starbucks next door and he was done before I even got my coffee! Very fair price as well, about ~$200 cheaper than what the dealership was trying to charge me. I highly recommend!”

“My wife’s friend, a single mother, power steering broke. She went to a shop in Ankeny. They diagnosed the problem for
$154. They quoted $1650 to fix it parts and labor.
We called Tim’s mechanic. He said bring it in and quoted about $650 to do the repairs, plus parts cost.
Tim’s mechanic found that the only problem was a bad high pressure hose and the repair ended costing about $425 parts and labor.
Tim’s BP is an honest broker. The only shop I will ever use and recommend. That mother needs every penny these days.
We are very grateful.”
