“This specific location far exceeded my expectations! With my husband deployed, my car had sat for months due to some annoying electrical issues and I drove his. I ended up having to tow my car to their location and they took care of everything from there without me needing to come in. They sent a very clear rundown on all issues and Ray, who was wonderful to talk with, helped me understand what was really needed. They kept me very updated on any other problems they ran across and where they were at in fixing them. They provide an awesome military discount and fair pricing on all issues. Overall, I felt very taken care of. They were very honest about everything, beyond kind, and, honestly, just blew me away. I will absolutely be a returning customer for all vehicle issues/maintenance.

“What a great experience shopping for a new car at Karl Chevrolet with Austen Winterbottom. We had our eye on a few different vehicles. Austen was very knowledgeable and explained very well the differences to us both. Communication was excellent and the process was seamless from start to finish. He even sent a walk around video when the vehicle was delivered to ensure I was able to see it right away! When we picked it up, every feature and button was walked through. “Had to take my SUV here for repairs following an accident. Scott was our consultant and was fantastic. We also had our front grille replaced at the same time (just due to peeling from the weather). He was able to give us a quote within minutes and get that replaced while our SUV was in for the accident repairs, so no need for another appointment. Communication during the time our SUV was in service was awesome with daily texts giving updates to the repair progress and any additional costs or delays. When we picked up our SUV we were pleasantly surprised to find the inside was cleaned nicely in addition to just cleaning up from them having it in the shop. First time using this collision center but will bring all vehicles here for any body work needed in the future.”
“Outstanding service! Needed a tow to an auto repair shop. While the wait was longer than I would have liked, once Tim arrived it was so fast and easy. His tow truck had accessories that could fully lift an all wheel drive suv, with out being a flatbed truck. Less than 15 minutes to hook up car, 10 minute drive to repair shop and 10 minutes off the truck. Quick and painless. My roadside assistance chose Tim’s Amoco for the service but I will use them again if I ever need towed again. A+”
“Had my battery tested here which tested ok. The gentleman thought that I may have a parasitic draw that was draining my battery. I took my truck to a shop and indeed was a parasitic draw. My light in my back seat was in between on and off so even though my light wasn't on it was still draining my battery. Good job batteries plus!”

“My wife’s friend, a single mother, power steering broke. She went to a shop in Ankeny. They diagnosed the problem for
$154. They quoted $1650 to fix it parts and labor.
We called Tim’s mechanic. He said bring it in and quoted about $650 to do the repairs, plus parts cost.
Tim’s mechanic found that the only problem was a bad high pressure hose and the repair ended costing about $425 parts and labor.
Tim’s BP is an honest broker. The only shop I will ever use and recommend. That mother needs every penny these days.
