He found it right away. This business had many vehicles waiting to be repaired, but Nate stopped what he was doing to hook my car up to find the issue.
Once the issue was diagnosed, he got me in a day and a half later and fixed the problem for s GREAT price!!

“I was put out of service because of hose leak,but was allowed to go get fixed to be put back in service. They we're closet place I good find. That being said when I arrived they where busy. I explained my situation to owner or manager don't know for sure which. He was very understanding of my situation. Was not a hard fix but he was nice enough to pull a mechanic to and quickly fix and get me on my way back to scale and retrieve my trailer and continue my Trip. I very much appreciate what he did for me. Being I was in a rock and hard place at that moment. If I'm ever in need and I'm the area I will for sure use there services again. They gained a costumer. I can't thank them enough. Hats off to your company and the mechanic that fixed for me.”

“I've been looking around the last few months for a reasonably priced Silverado 2500 and found it at Witham Chevrolet of LaPorte City. Troy answered any questions I had during a visit to the dealership a couple months ago. When I finally decided to trade it was the best decision I've made in a long time. I got a great deal on my trade, significant discounts on a 2024 model, and Troy and Jesse helped me with GM incentives, rebates, military appreciation, etc. I was out of the dealership in under two hours and got a better deal than I could at Karl in Ankeny or Bob Brown in Des Moines. No games with an experienced team and didn't mess around with multiple layers of managers, etc. Troy was phenomenal to work with and I will be back to buy from him again. The owners of the dealership (husband and wife team) checked in on me following my purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied and no issues - where else does that happen? This is my fifth red Silverado - the Duramax diesel is awesome and I have a great-looking Chevrolet!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this place!! We were driving home to Cedar Rapids from a long three days of my mom receiving care at the Mayo clinic when we heard loud thumping coming from underneath our car. Turns out the metal protection piece came loose and was dragging on the road as we were driving. We were still about Two and a half hours away from home and thought we were stranded since all the auto shops had close, so we took the chance and called here to see if they could help us. They said of course and Russell answered the phone was so beyond kind to us. We drove the hour to Waterloo and they immediately got to work on it. I am so beyond grateful for them and though we didn’t get tires the fact that they were so willing to help us means the world. If anything happens again on the road we know where to go and you should do the same!!”

“I broke down tonight with a flat tire and had my 3 small children in the car, when I tried to get my spare tire from underneath the car it wouldn't come loose so I got a ride down about a half a mile to rocky's.he not only found me a decent tire from his personal truck but tried to just give it to me, when the rim wouldn't work on my truck he the helped jack my truck up and took the tire back to his shop and put it on my rim, we made it home safe and sound.he tried to refuse any money but I insisted he take something so at 7:30pm he walked away with $40 GREAT GUY!Service: General repairs & maintenance”
