800 4th Ave, Grinnell IA 50112
“I love this place, they make everything so easy. And once you’ve been there, they keep your information and you don’t have to repeat it every time you go in. if you’re someone like me who is generally in a hurry, you can be in and out in less than three minutes. Totally friendly people totally helpful.”

“Staff is not as friendly as they used to be. Seemed to hurry through the process, yet I had to wait for her to wait on me. They have what you need to ship things here, but you can probably buy it for much less before you arrive. Easier to have everything all ready to go when you get there.”

“I only use the Office Window for dropping off packages or buying stamps. Staff is always very helpful and pleasant. Nice to see small-town kindness. Lobby is adequately stocked with boxes, labels and greeting cards.”
