“Expressing gratitude today for the team at Country Tire Automotive in Glenwood. Last week my dad had a leak in his tire in CB, found a nice gentleman to help him change to the spare at the gas station but needed to get it fixed ASAP so he wasn’t without transportation. I stopped by and talked to the guys and although it was late in the day, they got him scheduled for repair ASAP. I was headed out of town, so I wanted to make sure he was taken care of so I didn’t need to worry about he and my mom while I was gone and couldn’t offer any help. The guys were genuinely concerned for the situation and showed great empathy for my dad. Thank you for providing amazing customer service with a smile, it really is refreshing to experience small town nice! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
