Wow, I cannot lie, the original person who answered the phone/dispatch person said in their own words, “oh, I have someone pulling in right now, give me the tire size, oh, I see you’re even less than a mile away, they’re getting into the drive right now and we can get that tire size in and they’ll be to you in no time”. well as 45 minutes approached I called again and this time I happened to catch Rudy on the phone. Not only did he apologize for the mistaken time quote from earlier, but he assured me that he truly is there, is putting the tire in and all the machinery is already in, and will be to me soon. Hung up the phone and he arrived in 10 minutes flat. Was very kind and completed the job and somewhere between 12 and 15 minutes tops. Thank you again to the company for helping, but especially for Rudy being truthful and very timely and polite. He definitely deserved the tip I gave him. He’s a wonderful employee and is honest. And that is what truly counts. Much appreciation to Rudy and to the company that he works for. Next time, just throwing it out there, if whoever did say originally, I wouldn’t be waiting anywhere near as long, please try and work on a better accurate quote time, I wouldn’t have been a little upset if I was quoted 40 to 60 minutes, it’s just that I was told that literally they were arriving, and that being less than a mile away, I couldn’t have imagined it being more than 15 to 20 minutes. But anyways, things happen. Rudy save the day, amazing employee. Thanks again, you guys, if you find yourself with a flat in Council Bluffs, downtown, or Midtown Omaha, definitely give them a call! “Took my car to Terry's Auto to have a problem fix. They fix the problem and the cost was affordable and reasonable for what was done. Almost a week later, all my dash lights lit up, it was crazy. I called Terry's but he couldn't get us in for two weeks and we were leaving for a trip out of state during that time. So we took our car to Jenson Tires & Auto. I asked them what it woud cost for a diagnostics and they told me $75, or $150 if they had to hook up to the diagnostics machine. I gave them permission to hook it to the diagnostics machine.Later they told me what they thought it was but didn't know for sure. I was confused because I told them to hook it to the diagnostics machine if they wern't able to figure it out. Frusrated, I went to pick it up, I was no closer to knowing what was wrong with it before I brought it in.Then they proceded to tell me they could fix the problem for $900.00. I am thinking to myself, they don't know what is wrong with it, but they can fix it for a fee. So I asked them if they would guarantee that would fix the problem. They said there is no way they can guarantee the work. So I kindly said no thank you and took my car.Meanwhile I went on my trip. I put high octane gas in the car and it helped, the lights went out and the car ran better. Meanwhile I had scheduled an appointment with Terry's Auto in Bellevue for when I got back.When I got back, I took my car in to Terry's, they checked the codes, cleaned a few moduels and called me to pick up the car. “I love my truck. I'm very particular about who I let work on it. We usually work on it ourselves but I needed some work done on my exhaust manifold and muffler cuz she sounded like a tractor. From the diagnostics to the completion of the work, I was impressed. Matt is amazing to work with. Really nice guy. The prices were fair and the quality of the work speaks for itself. “Started work as set up on appointment.Found several problems and asked if they could do while at Sight. Answered YES.One team member wanted to finish 1 task & not take lunch, which he did. Thankfully work was completed by 5pm.Also people came in because a hard freeze and tires pressure light came on.NO ONE turned away.They were very busy, but everyone waiting were nice and their work was completed.”

I appreciate the extra effort these guys do for me. The service means more to me than the price of the tires. Although I thought the price was reasonable.
