Sometimes you just have to speak up. And I know times are tough everywhere. But geez louise. 3rd time receiving a rotten bag of madarins (pu orders) I decided to take them into the store. Went ahead and placed another order to pu while I was there. Went inside..mentioned this to the young lady and she just looked at me like who cares. Whatever...just reached over and threw them away. Proceeded to tell her I also have an online order to pu. Between 5-6p. Got there at 530. Let me then know that sorry can you come back in like 45 min to to an hour. We only have 1 person and we got 40 orders in and we still haven't done the 4p orders. Completely understood. Been there myself. Cancelled online order and shopped myself. Shelves empty. Understood. It's happening everywhere. What bothered me the most was not being informed of the pu order. Something in place that prevents this? Like it will only take so many orders for however many employees are there? Maybe there is or will be. Just wanted to vent for a sec. Thanks and Good Luck!!

I love coming to Aldi but lately my experience has not been the greatest. There has been several occasions that Janel the cashier has said things to my children while she is checking us out. My kids are not doing nothing but regular kid behaviors where they want to hold the cart and fix things in the cart as she is putting them down in the cart. At this point I have the feeling that she does not like children or is racist as my children don't look nothing like Janel. Aldi management please do something about it because next time she says anything to my kids my reaction will not be friendly. She is an employee who doesn't get pay to redirect anyone's children, that is my job as a parent and I can do that job without no ones help. Janel if your job is too stressful find a different one dear. People will not always be as calm and nice as me.

My wife says that she loves the place. But she just wish the Cucumbers would stay fresh longer they wilted after like 4 days and we never got to eat them so we threw them away today
