Annebel and the team at BDI have been an integral part of the Waukee Schools Foundation’s impact and events for many years. They are responsive to every email/request and always get the job done well before whatever deadline we have asked of them.They are committed to putting out excellent work, and have caught mistakes we’ve made that would have otherwise been overlooked. Though we have closer options for our printing needs, we choose BDI for their unmatched service and personal touch.

BDI Signs continues to impress me with their outstanding customer service & attention to detail. I recently needed signs for an event printed in a short amount of time and the staff at BDI was quick to respond back, extremely helpful with ideas and finished the signs even quicker than expected. Annebel is such a joy to work with and the whole BDI team is extremely hard working & friendly and will go above and beyond for any printing needs you might have. I will definitely continue to use them for all of my personal and business printing needs.

Have been ordering signs from BDI for almost 10 years. I also order from other places as well and I can confidently say BDI is the most efficient, meticulously helpful, and reliable team I have worked with. They are also very fairly priced. I would highly recommend BDI! They were fast to respond to all of my questions about the signage for our company and took care of contacting the city for approval. They knew all the boxes that had to get checked before we could update our signage, were really fast about it and even when there was a slight hiccup in our sign after installation, they came back out and fixed it! I was so impressed with their quick and complete responses and our sign looks amazing!

I've used BDI for signs at our church for many years now and they make a great product, are timely, and even do our installs as part of the quoted price for the sign. I found they are MUCH cheaper than Fast Signs.
