“I was in here earlier today and this young man in a red shirt that seems to be the same guy the one star is talking about helped me. It’s a shame to see that review after how nice he was to me. Also being out of town he suggested to upgrade me because of my bugs and the clear coat that would help my travels home. Boy was he right! And I’m sorry to him that some people are just rude, poor kid was already going through a lot today and for you to yell at him while he was just trying to help. This man seemed to know his wash better than you and would know what’s best. Anyway I will be coming back next time in town!!”

“For some reason the scanner doesn't read my ticket on my windshield most of the time. They manually have to let me in to wash my car! They even moved the sticker. But maybe because it is over to the outside more and not straight IDK! Other than that I love Mister Car Wash!”
“Amazing folks run this wash. I came in to get my pickup washed and had taken my folding chairs out of the bed before going through. I completely forgot about them, but the staff noticed and set them aside for me. When I came back later, they still had them safe and sound! Really appreciate the honesty and attention to detail — not to mention my truck looked fantastic afterward. Highly recommend this car wash!”

“Always pleased with the washes. The only thing I’d like to see is an adjustment that gets under the top lip of SUVs’ back end. A lot of times there is a small triangle of unwashed windshield in the center. But overall, the wash is great.”
