Prices of gas jump a full dollar at random times of the day. Typically it is not even reflected on the advertisement, you only see it at the pump. Deceptive advertising to say the least.

I called them the automated person replied and did not take my order. When I finally was able to speak with a person they took my order I its entirety. They told me my amount a pizza w/ cheeses bread no problem. I went to pick up everyone was standing around again no problem They did not have my cheese sticks still charged me the same amount said could make cheese bread but would cost more even though they states my exact order. I was angry went home then called again to see if we could figure something out I was hung up on

Karyssa the second assistant manager is very polite and helpful. She is so professional and kind always has a positive attitude and everyday I see her and really cares about customer satisfaction.(Give her a raise)

Staff is friendly enough.. they had an amazing assistant manager there but I think he got promoted to a store manager last I heard. Usually they are ok but tonight the bathrooms looked disgusting. Soap is from me washing my hands.

Not sure what is going on with this location. It has been an ongoing saga with slow service, and just not an overall good experience. Every time I purchase anything from this specific store it turns into an endeavor. This is sad as I want to support the Casey’s nearest me, but I go out of my way to get to the other locations for what I need.Another aspect of any Casey’s store, and this is not up for debate. The software that reads and authorizes transactions via credit/debit cards takes an unreasonable amount of time. That issue lies at the corporate level of Casey’s and is to the point that pride must be swallowed, and lessons learned from other stores. Why can I be in and out of any Qwik Trip with multiple people in line in seconds, but if I am the only person in any Casey’s making a purchase it can take several minutes?That issue starts and ends at the top. It is 2022, make steps to get with the times. You are setting up your cashiers and customers up for failure for wasting time staring at a card reader that should be much faster.

Called to order a pizza - apparently the phones are very good there because the guy couldn't hear me and when I tried to call back I guess they just left the phone off the hook because it was busy every time. Some 1 star service if I've ever seen any.

My boyfriend and coworker come here in the mornings right around opening for breakfast, they work at a facility near by and only have a 15 minute break for lunch. being as you guys are the only ones open they go to you. however more than half of the time they go they are not open on time and take 15-30 minutes to open and by that time their break is over. so annoying and frustrating. and the employees are not the greatest to interact with.

I’ve been to this Casey’s a lot: and I have to say, their employees are always nice, always helpful. I didn’t have my wallet. I had some change. Jennifer and Ian helped me with my purchase. It was extremely gracious of them to help me when I didn’t have money, and I will give back what they gave me.I just hope that management at Casey’s sees this. Hire more employees like Ian and Jennifer. They understand the human experience and we need more nice people :) I will get them back and really appreciate it.

Edited to add that I now have food poisoning from eating here.Had to wait in the store 20 minutes past my pickup time and found out why the kitchen was behind after watching the female cashier repeatedly leave the register area to go joke with the kitchen guys. Paying customers had to wait to be rung up too. Save your time and spend your money elsewhere.
