This FedEx location cannot find the new address location even after 4 times calling customer service to giving them the instructions after 3 days. Meanwhile the other carrier like UPS,USPS,Amazon are able to deliver your packages with no problem!

Might be the most incompetent delivery company in the history of ever. The same driver has managed not once, not twice but THREE times to the wrong address! Apparently 1128 is easily confused to be 1228. Of course you can’t call and talk to a dispatcher so the driver could go retrieve the packages off of the wrong doorstep. Instead you have to talk to an answering service that I bet isn’t even stateside, wait for a call back several business days later to “try” and remedy this problem.
This of course conveniently happens while we are out of state and then have to and friends and family around the neighborhood to retrieve our packages and not one single attempt was made by FedEx to retrieve them.
Amazon has no problem finding the correct address but this route driver is clearly incompetent. I don’t know how any of his deliveries make it to the correct place.
When do supervisors or station managers fix this problem?! Get it together Grimes Iowa!!

Terrible service. They left a package this morning, CLEARLY LABELED WITH MY ADDRESS AND MY HOUSE ADDRESS IS CLEARLY VISIBLE, at an abandoned house two doors down. I don’t plan to use them anymore to ship packages. And forget getting a live customer service rep. Their “customer service” is deliberately set up to not allow that.

Definitely a 0…..not sure where my package is, had a text that it would be delivered by 8 pm & needed a signature. Was available all day only to get an email that an attempt was made and it would now be days later before they attempted to re-deliver. And forget trying to talk to a live person😡.

Fedex customer service is a joke. They had excuse after excuse that suddenly changed each time I proved they were lying. Absolutely zero honesty and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I still don't have my package.

Driver did not leave their vehicle to place package in a box we have placed outside specifically for deliveries to be placed in. Threw package out their driver side windows and left it in the middle of the driveway. Absolutely terrible service. Package was destroyed by the time we got home.

This is the second time FedEx has delivered to the wrong address in a month. Clearly the people CANNOT read and this is then MY responsibility to attempt to get my money back from the sender/seller. When I call they seem to care about fixing the issue but by the time they return to where they left my package it’s already gone because “people” are evil and keep what’s delivered to their door whether it’s theirs or not. I’ll never use FedEx again!

Hey Grimes FedEx contractor, I paid extra for evening delivery (5pm-8pm). It's even written on the box itself. Why'd your driver deliver it at 12:50pm? I had to rush home from work early to grab it so a $3k piece of equipment wasn't getting rained on or stolen. It's currently 1:58pm and you still haven't scanned it as delivered so FedEx can't even see it on their end. Can't wait for the email to come through after 5 when you do scan it. I have video evidence and your drivers name so don't think you are going to pull this crap unnoticed.

I had a package that was out for delivery it made 10 miles from my place and all the sudden weather was realy bad according to the driver but actually the weather wa as 28 degrees and roads clear now I have to wait to the next business day the grimes depot has bad drivers for my route

Pathetic to hear a business this large has not paid a small family owned business and ignores their messages and calls
This company has refused to pay Young’s tree service for work they have performed for them My son and his co-worker work hard every day to put food on their tables and pay bills like everyone else they need their funds to be paid to them that they have earned !! I strongly don’t recommend this company if your doing any outside work or any business for this company I wouldn’t give not even 1 star ⭐️ they don’t deserve a star
