I live in a 9 story apartment building. We have 2 working elevators. Yet your lazy delivery drivers leave my packages in "the mail room". Which is not a room. It's the lobby where the mailboxes are also located. Myself and many others there are disabled. Having to go down and drag up heavy boxes is truly a hardship. I think that this repeated action reflects poorly on your company as a whole. I hope you address this issue.

It warms my heart to see that FedEx is proud to employ the mentally handicapped, people that don't even understand the concept of a doorbell. It's great that FedEx spares no expense in spending extra $ on fuel and labor for multiple delivery attempts via these precious persons, even though I work from home and *could* have answered the first one every time.

Too bad there isn’t an option for negative stars!Been waiting on a package since January 7, 2024. A package worth several hundred dollars. I get notifications regularly that my package is “out for delivery”. Today is January 20th. No delivery.Have called customer service three times and been told someone will contact me. No contact has been made. I have requested to go to carrier facility and pick up my own package … that is “not allowed” I am told. Have also requested a refund for my shipment and am being told it is not lost so they won’t refund. So incredibly frustrating that I have offered solutions and nothing in return.I will start doing business with organizations that do not ship with FedEx. Do better FedEx, do better!!!

Driver is too lazy to get out of truck to attempt delivery. Fed ex is complete joke, customer service number is some call center that cant even help.

You delivered me an empty box labeled “box empty”.You showed no accountability for anyone at the grimes sorting facility. It actually went back to your grimes sorting facility for an additional inspection. You then decided it was still ok to leave an empty box the next day after that additional inspection? Mind bogglingI call and they tell me it’s Best Buy’s fault.Your service is so bad that I’m gonna have a stroke just thinking about it.

Drivers drive way too fast, called twice to report and both service reps could barely speak English. They could not figure out a simple address. Very disappointed in lack respect for our neighbor hood and terrible customer support experience.

FedEx is seriously the bane of my existence. I've never had so many delivery issues. Most recently I've wasted HOURS and taken time off work to be home for a delivery, only for my driver to not even attempt to do their job. Unbelievable. Customer service is absolutely horrible. If I figure out a way to NEVER have FedEx touch a package of mine again, I'm going to.

Employee with ID number 9014101 opened our package and repackaged it with a new label before sending us 2 of the 3 items in the original package. Not surprisingly, the most expensive item was gone. The reason for the new label was "damaged barcode label" and could have been fixed by placing a new label on the original package. The time, their ID number and the location number on the new label helped me locate where FedEx's thief works. They need to let this unsavory character find a new job.
