Impossible to contact. I've inquired via the website form, called multiple times this week and left a voicemail trying to get a unit, but no one responds. Are they even in business anymore?

I needed storage right away and got a unit. The door is a little rough to go up and down but it works!

It might be a great storage place but how can you find out anything when the phone number listed doesn't work. DISAPPOINTED
