We moved to Pella this past year from another area of Iowa, causing us to lose our previous house cleaning company. I searched the local market and asked around with not much success of what I was looking for until discovering KnitClean on an internet search. Ernad and KnitClean was responsive in meeting to quote our house and has delivered to our expectations for normal and special cleaning requests. We love KnitClean. The first time they came to our house, they did a Deep Clean. When i got home, I couldn't believe it, my house had never been so clean, even when we moved it. They come once a month now and i absolutely love them. They are always on time and we have never had any problems with them. I love that i don't have to worry about cleaning my house when i have so much other stuff to do. They are very reasonable in price too. Love them!!

We have been using KnitClean for several months. They have performed many deep cleans as well as service our home monthly. The level of customer service is wonderful. The clean is the best we have had! (especially the deep clean) The staff is very friendly and we feel comfortable having them work on the house if we are home or away. KnitClean Inc. has truly been fantastic to work with. We remodeled our house and they did a deep clean for us. They did such a great job we decided to hire their team to come in and do standard cleaning for us every two weeks. They are doing a fabulous job! We have used KnitClean for several years now. We tried a few other cleaning crews in the area, but we found a home with Knitclean. They very trustworthy and professional. They listen carefully to what you want and do twice as much for the same price. A deep clean really means that every surface of your home is touched and scrubbed. Do you have pets? Not a problem for this crew. They are extremely adaptable to your schedule and surprisingly affordable! Most of all they respect your property like it is their own. So, if you are in the market for a cleaning crew give them a call or send an email. What do you have to lose? I think you will be pleasantly surprised. We look forward to seeing them each time they come. They are like part of the family for a couple of hours each visit. Give the Knitclean crew a shot. You will be glad you did.

I hired this company on a recommendation from a friend to do an initial clean for a condo I purchased. I was not living in the city and hired them over the phone. The job they did truly exceeded my expectations. It was the difference between night and day with the before and after pictures.I had movers deliver my items to the condo and hired KnitClean to do the unpacking. They sent pictures, they called if they had questions. I arrived to a spotless condo with all of my belongings unpacked. It's pretty funny that I call them sometimes to find out where they put an item I'm looking for.I have them clean for me weekly. They are: thorough, friendly and on time. They communicate weekly with me and are always eager to help. Last week they sent me a text to say they had some extra time from the clean so they cleaned out my refrigerator. They simply care about the job they do. They are a family business and want people to be extremely satisfied with the work that they do.When there was some unrest in the town, they reached out to make sure I was ok and asked if I needed anything. Could it get any better?I couldn't be happier with the work they have done for me and look forward to doing business with them for many years.
