LockBox Storage in Grimes, Iowa has provided a great experience for me. I've felt that their rates are fair, their communication has been good, and they keep the place very tidy. Beyond that, they are great partners to the community, which is an added bonus.

I planned to rent a unit for a couple months. After 4 years, I'm still renting the same unit. Communications have always been good and the grounds are kept clean and well maintained. My only issue is with the constant price increases. I now pay more than double than I paid on my original rental date. Sure would be nice to see a company do something nice for their loyal customers and maybe offer a price decrease.

When I first started renting the unit it was like a good $60 cheaper now it's a ridiculous $160. Then last month they got my unit mixed up with someone else's and was going to double charge me it's getting to the point that it's getting to the point that I just might have to take everything out of the unit because it's becoming way too expensive.

Tom is great to work with. He made the process of obtaining the right space for my needs at the right price. This is the 2nd space I have rented in less than a year. I appreciate the services that I am being provided.

I have used storage units in the past, when moving from one location to another. The LockBox Storage in Grimes really impressed me for the location and especially the cleanliness of the unit and surrounding area. I really appreciated the helpful process, with Property Manager Tom Martin, in selecting and acquiring a storage unit.

Stopped by the Davenport Iowa facility to updated our information for payment. Met two of the nicest employees you could ask for. I was in a hurry and did not get their names but if they are any indication of the service and commitment of the new ownership we will be very happy to continue to store our property at LockBox Storages in Davenport!

I have a inside unit which I really like cause there is a cement company next door. When I first met with Tom he was able to answer any question I had. It is easy for me to get to my unit and I appreciate the cart that is at the building. Great place!
