Absolutely horrendous customer service. It took 10 minutes to find someone to help us and once we did we were made to feel like such an inconvenience and were incredibly rushed. They were in such a hurry they were careless with the object we needed help with that they hit my husband on the head with it. Either they hired incredibly rude people or they're working people so hard they're stressed enough to treat customers like crap.

I’m very grateful to all of the helpful staff at the Grimes, Iowa store. Opening a new business and learning about construction projects and tools at the same time was challenging. Shout out to Riley and to Austin A for there help! There were definitely others but i cannot recall their names!

Menards has it all. First thing you'll see is an isle with clearance type merchandise. Then next a huge amount of choices of cleaning supplies. Then you have choices for everything else and yes food and candy drinks as well.

Absolutely awful service. People in the dept can't find things in the system that are on the shelf. Orders take forever to come in then there's nobody competent to help find it, let alone pick and load. You get texts telling you orders are in when they're not. The only reason to go here is if (like me) your trying to match something someone else bought (even then I'd recommend going elsewhere) or every other hardware store in the county burnt down this week.
If I could give this store 0 stars I would.
