“This was one of the best services I have ever received in a body shop. I showed up half an hour early because my prior appointment was a lot shorter than I expected and I was filling willing to just wait until the appointment time but they ended up getting me out before my appointment time even came around. The gentleman behind the counter(I believe his name was Pete and he may have been the owner) was so kind and understanding about me being apprehensive after an awful last couple visits to my former oil change shop. They were kind, knowledgeable, fast, and obvious took pride in their work. I will be coming back.”

Oil changes and tire rotations are great but finding a good mechanic that can find and fix problems and give you some timelines meant a lot to me. The best part was how fast they worked. My car would have been out for a week at some of the other garages but these guys knocked it out within 24 hours - a huge relief with my chaotic schedule. The Willard’s are the best. “I went in for an oil change. I've never used Jiffy Lube before today. The guy who greeted me was friendly. He started the work on my truck after I pulled it into the bay myself. But then he disappeared. I went into the lobby. Which was cold and kind of messy. I saw several employees just standing around. I wasn't there for long . But I do feel like it wasnt very professional. Especially after the girl asked if I wanted to pay my bill. I asked her if they were done and she said yes. I said to her I didnt see anyone put the oil in my truck. The next thing I know is the girl who took my payment is out there putting what I assumed was oil in my truck. Not one of the guys who are dressed for this type of work were there to do it. Just standing around watching as the girl is doing their job. There are atleast 6 guys working there today. I dont think I will go back.”
