I went into this store today to upgrade my cell phone and the man who helped me was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He even stayed late to help me set up my phone and make sure everything was working. He even helped me get a great deal on my new phone!

Walked in and received amazing service from Trevor!!! So appreciated him helping us get new phones for our plan!
I got a bit confused on our old phones for the reset and called them. Trevor answered and asked for me to come in. I did get another guy which forgot his name sorry but he was just as amazing as Trevor!!!

Jonathan was very helpful and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. I will return to us cellular at this location so Jonathan can help me. The US Cellular location in Grimes, Iowa is one of the best ones I have been to and I will return there.

Grimes US cellular is the worst one I have been to. Took over and hour to get a new phone. The associate was very slow and couldn’t read the room.
