The post office staff is incredibly friendly and they have been so helpful to me as I navigate sending packages to my husband overseas. I am truly grateful for all of their assistance and kindness!

Worst post office ever. I mail out and the recipient never receives. I sent a card and $50 at Christmas. Never received. Grimes PO said their machine sometimes “eats” the mail. Last week nailed a card with $20. Never received. Don’t use grimes Post Office!!

Misship on priority mail that was supposed to arrive two days ago and now wont arrive until after the banking holiday 4 days after Valentines day. A JOKE of a mailing system

Always loses my mail and his forbid you ask for some tape with a pre-packaged box and label. They clearly have no customer service and are extremely rude. Guess they don’t care because they are government workers, job security with no effort. Fantastic

They had trouble getting in to my locked condo building to deliver my crib mattress, but when contacted about it they went above and beyond to get it to us. Great communication, great happy dispositions! Thanks for all you do USPS!
