“Gotta say, even when we might be closer to a different vape shop, we make a point to go to CIV! I’ve been a customer for over five years now, and during that time I have never had a poor experience - their staff are 100% the reason this place is unique.When first transitioning away from cigarettes I had a LOT of questions about the different mods, juices, tanks, coils - everything. They were always very good natured, answered every question I had, often providing insights and recommendations based on their own experience and feedback from their customers.I’ve noticed the staff go above and beyond, going so far as setting aside one or two of my typical flavors when they know they’ll be seeing me soon, and keeping me posted on when their next shipment in would be if they happen to be out of stock (rarely happens).The past few months I’ve been exploring some of the Delta9 products to help with anxiety and pain management - I was super leery at first, worried about impacting my cognition and ability to do, well, normal adult functions. They have never made me feel ignorant, again always very informative regarding legality, potential effects, customer reviews etc.As long as I am vaping, they’ll have a customer.”

“The nicest kindest workers and owner Cody is the owner. Addie and Carter are the workers that I have dealt with. They both go above and beyond. I have to give a special shout out to Addie. This young lady is so kind helpful and if they do not have a product or juice that you want. She will work and search until she find somewhere to order it And also contact you when it arrives. How sweet is that? That is excellent excellent excellent customer service. The owner must treat his employees very well because they reap with very positive attitudes. You can tell they love their jobs and I just can’t say enough good about it they are the best vape shop in Des Moines Iowa, love each and everyone of you very much. “Super wonderful people here! We went in tonight late looking for fever reducer for our infant. They didn't have anything for under 2 years old, but the couple running the store gave us advice of what we could do naturally to help him. We didn't end up buying anything and they were just so sweet and helpful. Stellar service. Highly recommend this place!!”

“The Frisbees shop mated with vapes is one of a kind. They had an array of Frisbees and accessories. The vapes are priced reasonable and had an assortment of them. The clearance bin had the discontinued vape I wanted at 50% off. Clean store with nice service.”

“My husband and I stop at this store whenever we're in town. It is basically a smoke shop with a few snacks and drinks. Their selection of water pipes, ecigs, and lighters is great. They are always adding new items. It is a family owned business, and they are all super nice and friendly. Their prices are a little lower than average on most things.”
