My car started acting like it was going to die on me as I was driving through grinnell and I limped it to O’Reilly Josh was able to text and diagnose my faulty alternator order me a new one even offered to help me find a ride to newton to pick it up to save a little time ended up being able to pull out the old one while I waited for my delivery. My battery was also bad and they let me know it was still under warranty I didn’t even remember buying it O’Reilly’s I really appreciate these guys saving me a couple bucks and getting me back on the road in time to still run my errands.”
