“Gordon was a great help navigating a complicated phone plan setup spanning family members across three states. He was patient, thorough, and made the whole process feel manageable. Really appreciated his expertise and great attitude. Thank you!”

“This was my first in store experience with T-Mobile. I had been in need of a new phone for a while, however, I was hesitant due to the length of time it has taken as well as poor customer service during some past experiences with US Cellular. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy the entire upgrade process was! My sales associate (Davant) actually delivered my phones to me across the street during his break! That's probably the best customer service experience I've ever had 👌”
