“Our car broke down on New Years Day during a snow storm. We called State Farm Insurance to send a tow truck and they never showed up. I Called Shepards Towing and he came out to get my car in about 10 mins. I was amazed at how quick he got there. We loaded the car onto his truck and were taken to the Hotel quickly. Thanks for your help man.”
