Cody was awesome. He went above and beyond to help my mom with a really hard phone switch. Cody spent over an hour and several phone calls to help up.

The staff at Grinnell IA US Cellular is amazing. I was running late and got there at 6.58. They did not turn me away and 15 minutes later I walked out with my iPad and very happy! Thank you Charles and your partner. Sorry Ididn'tgether name. You're awesome!

I stopped in today and upgraded phones, the staff was awesome, friendly, and very helpful. They answered all my questions and I was in and out right away! They even answered my son's 400 questions 🤣. Thank you guys, I appreciate everything!!
