“My daughter's pop-up got stuck halfway up during setup at Wyalusing State park. Called Brown's RV center, and service manager Kim, put us in contact with their tech Josh who was on a job nearby. Although Josh had a full schedule already for that Monday, he took the time to walk us through a number of trouble-shooting steps to identify the problem and to provide a solution so that we could continue with our camping trip. Josh was super and I would highly recommend Brown's for all your service needs.”
“Was driving from Minneapolis to Davenport on a Thursday afternoon and about ten miles north of Guttenberg, acquired a passenger in the form of an extremely large bolt in my back right tire. Fortunately, the leak was slow enough that I was able to get into town, but it definitely needed to be addressed if I was going to continue my trip. David was able to provide a repair in no time at all - he got me in right away - and I was back on the road with little delay and lots of gratitude.
