“Nicole at this store was wonderful to my boyfriend and I! We called asking for a battery check and went into the store, found out it was trash and then her and the older guy were so helpful. I’m a gal who doesn’t know anything about cars and they helped diagnose the problem immediately when I explained the situation. Having an older VW, you don’t expect much places to have parts but Nicole was right on it and ordered it in for us in the same day! Have never felt more comfortable and welcome to come into a car part store until today because of the workers there. Will definitely be making the drive to Hampton for parts for now on. Great employees and even greater environment.”
“I really like the parts store and has reasonable prices and the employees are very friendly and helpful. There is one thing that I would like to see change is the days the store is open and that should be open on Saturday's because there are people who work all week and they can't make it to the Hampton wholesale store before they are closed. Please concentrate on being open on Saturday's please. Thank you.”

“Lost my serpentine belt tensioner north of Hampton and limped my car into town. Lance was kind enough to take a look at my car after 5pm and him and his crew got it fixed by 2pm the next day.
They checked compression to make sure I hadn't hurt the engine since it overheated while coming in, found my water pump was going out and replaced it, and replaced the thermostat on top of the obvious belt and tensioner. Were even kind enough to loan me their shop van so I could finish up what I was doing in the area and not be stranded walking around town on my own for the night!
Lance and the two front office managers who I spoke with while waiting were each super helpful and very friendly. On top of that, the price I paid was a great deal. Great experience all around and turned what could've been a massive pain into nothing more than a minor inconvenience. Even had some super cute shop pups to keep me company while I waited!”
