“Lost my serpentine belt tensioner north of Hampton and limped my car into town. Lance was kind enough to take a look at my car after 5pm and him and his crew got it fixed by 2pm the next day.
They checked compression to make sure I hadn't hurt the engine since it overheated while coming in, found my water pump was going out and replaced it, and replaced the thermostat on top of the obvious belt and tensioner. Were even kind enough to loan me their shop van so I could finish up what I was doing in the area and not be stranded walking around town on my own for the night!
Lance and the two front office managers who I spoke with while waiting were each super helpful and very friendly. On top of that, the price I paid was a great deal. Great experience all around and turned what could've been a massive pain into nothing more than a minor inconvenience. Even had some super cute shop pups to keep me company while I waited!”
