“Amazing customer service. Steve took very good care of us starting the first day he came out to check if we could get internet, up to today when he came out for the install. Treated our home with respect and my one dog who is usually a d-bag really liked him, (wagged his tail and wanted to be around him)which is rare for anyone that comes to our home to complete a service of any kind. He's got a pretty good judge of character. Jack approves and says he is welcome any time!!
So far internet is great!
We waited a little while for the install but it was definitely worth the wait.
Really liked that Steve made sure all our questions were answered before he left and I truly hope he is compensated accordingly through the company for the high caliber of service he provides.
