“I absolutely enjoy heading to the local Oelwein Post Office. It is my personal opinion that we have the country's best "Postmaster"!!!! She is extremely efficient, kind, accomodating, knowledgeable and patient. I had a few issues this past year with mail forwarding and she took charge and did her best to put me at ease. I find that in today's world, most places do not care if you are a satisfied customer or human being. So, it matters to me when someone goes the EXTRA MILE!Thank you for being you!A. Miller”
