They can't keep enough staff to supply their businesses. Their customer service is terrible. I would rate a zero if it would let me!

My complaint, is with the product. The last few months the ice has a different taste. A lingering chlorine taste, that ruins the flavor of the beverages you are drinking. Why the change? The purification system should be purifying the chemicals out so it leaves no taste in the ice.

My corporate office set up deliver times 2 weeks in advance through this location, saying that delivery would happen and was set up all year for football games. It didn't happen. No answer at their location. This is the 4th or 5th time I've tried to get service since I've been in my current position and not a single one showed up on time, if at all.

This isn’t even the correct address to your business. They are located in Hiawatha with very poor management and upkeep. Very rude and no one seems to know what’s going on. Communication skills very poor between managers and gate keeper. Sad for such a big ice company.I took the Liberty myself to upload the correct address to this actual building.

Horrible customer service. I am a business owner and have had many dealings with this company. Currently I have been trying to get ice delivered for 2 weeks and I still have no ice. I can't talk to anyone in cedar rapids because I call their contracted out answering service try for 30 min to transfer my call and when "they can't get through to anyone" they "put another message in" I ask to have a manager from Arctic Glacier call and that hasn't happened either. Horrible business practice when businesses can't even get your product to sell???

Strictly regarding Google Maps implicarion that these people sell dry ice in Iowa. Spacifically 21 miles from Iowa City. The receptionist clearly says that they do not sell dry ice in Iowa.
